Delivery and shipment tracking

All items are shipped with a tracking number. Shipping time is approximately 1 to 3 days. The time it takes me to get my order ready for shipping sometimes varies. Delivery may be a little longer depending on different destinations and conditions such as bad weather, natural disasters, seasonal holidays, customs delays... Care of wooden toys

Our toys are oil painted and can be washed with warm water and a little soap. After washing, wipe the toys with a towel. Toys must not be left in water or dried on radiators.

Our toys are made of wood and coated with natural oil. There is a slight smell of oil. The child can play with it and take it into the mouth.  Surfaces treated with oil are safe in contact with skin, saliva, food. Does not contain solvents. That's why we cover our toys with our bare finger!  The uniqueness of the oil coating is that each part absorbs oil differently and is colored depending on the structure of the tree. Therefore, there cannot be identical details in color, transitions from dark to light are visible.  Oil composition: blend of processed, modified vegetable oils (linseed, safflower, walnut oil), silver-based biocide. WITHOUT SICCATIVES!  Our toys are handmade. The model is the same, but each toy is different. Each item is handmade and will be slightly different from the photo. I will tell you how toys can differ from each other and from photos:   1. Color. We create our own colors. Colors may be faded because we use natural oils. The color shades differ from the structure of the wood: the smooth or porous surface of the wood. The tree itself absorbs oil as much as possible. If we don't have any color, we can replace it with a very similar color.   2. Structure. The oil does not paint over the structure of the tree. Oils show all the bumps, knots, wood rings, wood overflows, roughness and others.   Size 3. Handmade toys may vary in size. The discrepancy may be about 10% of the specified size.   4. Defects. Small defects may be in our toys. This is a handmade sign. For example, oil is unevenly laid, small dents in wood, glue, roughness, etc. are not painted over. Such nuances may be, they do not affect the use of toys. Our goal is not to make perfect toys, our goal is to create interesting and unique toys for children.
