Khokhloma - is the traditional Russian craft. Products of Khokhloma are made from linden wood and painting by hand. After painting the product double-varnished and placed for several hours in a furnace for tempering, where the temperature reaches 150 °C. Thanks to a durable lacquer coating Khokhloma not fears neither heat nor cold, nor water, so in the Khokhloma tableware can be served a variety of dishes or beverages, including hot, and it does not lose its appearance from the cold and hot dishes, savoury and acidic foods.
