About this item
I really love looking at ancient buildings. I am fascinated by the texture of peeling plaster, porous weathered stones and cracked paint. In this old building it was this piece that attracted me. It is both my favourite turquoise colour and the window with white wooden shutters. In my opinion, it's very beautiful. And not only did I paint it with acrylics, I also applied a texture paste. It really brought out what I saw in nature and what I wanted to convey on paper. By the way, the paper is special for painting with acrylics.
