This knitted baby booties pattern is simple, quick and won’t require any sewing (except hiding in yarn ends). I don’t know about you, but I hate sewing... a lot... Usually, I avoid knitting projects with major sewing (I like sewing, but not knitting and sewing together). Now, no sewing is a good side of the story. Here comes the extra – you don’t need to pick up stitches, only increase and decrease ... I know, some people hate to pick up stitches - even more than sewing.
Is't not a best knitting pattern?
I didn’t make mine with ribbons, buttons etc. I prefer baby stuff without them. But no worries – you can make your baby boots in any way you like.
Keep your stitches nice and even!
🪄SKILL : Advanced/ intermediate . Cast on, knit in the round, knit and purl stitches. All additional techniques are explained with detailed photo tutorials. Knit stitch (K), Purl stitch (P), Make Increase(M1L, M1R), Knit together two stitches leaning to the left (SSK), Purl together two stitches (P2tog), Knit through the back loop (Ktbl)
🧶YOU NEED - MATERIALS, TOOLS:
3.5 mm 5 DPNs
Yarn 50g ( 50g ~120m)
Use smaller or larger needles to obtain the required gauge.
Tapestry needle for weaving in the ends, stitch markers, scissors
Any worsted weight yarn that meets the gauge requirements of 30 stitches x 30 rows = 10x10 cm (4x4 in) in stockinette stitch on 3.5 mm needles after blocking
