This is a handmade brooch. 
Material - sculptural plaster.  This is a modern material, so the product is not heavy and strong. Despite this, I advise avoid hitting. If dirty, wipe gently with a damp cloth.
The brooch hand-painted by me and is covered with several layers of varnish.
