Cheesemaking course 01 - Primo Sale - Videos
In this master class I’ll help you to make your first cheese – a soft Italian cheese – PrimoSale. It is really good for breakfast, as a snack and you’ll need several hours to make it. That’s a perfect start. To make this cheese you’ll a need a minimum equipment:
- A cooker for 3-5 liters
- Digital scale
- Thermometer
- Mash skimmer
- Whisk (a bigger one is preferable)
- A ladle with holes
- A little cheese mold or a gauze
- Milk 3-5 liters
- Salt
- Rennet
Once you’ve purchased this master class you’ll receive a pdf file with a production route card and a link to a video (on youtube) in a closed section. If you have questions after the video feel free to write to me and ask.
