To create such ornament you shall know how to make:

MR – magic ring
R - round
SC – single crochet
DC - double crochet
Sl st – slip stitch
CH- chain stitch
DEC – decrease
INC – increase
BO – bobble stitch (from 5 DC)

Materials:

1) Yarn: 
Himalaya Dolphin Baby (100gr/120mt/131yds) white color № 80301;
YarnArt Jeans (50g/160m/174yds): red № 26; black № 53, orange №85; green 52, brown № 70, beige № 07, white № 62.

2) 18 mm safety eyes for snowman and  8 mm for hat.

3) Crochet hook, I used 4 mm for Himalaya dolphin baby and 2 mm for YarnArt Jeans.

4) Red or green buttons for decorating the body.

5) fiberfill/stuffing, thick sewing needle, pins, scissors and a good mood.
