ATTENTION
The two contact points on the receiver must touch the pet's skin to form a closed circuit so the shock function can be effective.
Must pay attention to close the receiver's charging port tightly before putting it underwater, otherwise, it will damage the receiver, so had better not let it get into the water if possible.
If the receiver doesn’t respond when you’ve pressed the button, it may go into sleep mode. You can keep pressing the button until it responds.
Make the collar fit your dog snugly and check if two silicone covers can touch the dog’s neck.
