I sew bloomers for my Waldorf dolls using a pattern by which the back part is slightly higher than the front.

Dolls are happy! I'm happy too and touched when I see kids’ little hands putting bloomers on a doll. This process of a child dressing up a doll makes develop fine motor skills and prepare hands for writing.
