Grease based on polyglycol base oils with lithium complex saponification, used for mounting silent blocks with a plastic cage. The febi 31942 grease is especially resistant to pressure, protects the silent blocks against damage during installation and is perfectly compatible with elastomers. Thanks to these properties, febi special lithium grease is ideally suited for installing silent blocks with a plastic cage, which, for example, are used in the suspensions of many VW / Audi vehicles. Temperature range from -40 to +160.
Application: The press-in area and the silent blocks must be clean and dry. Dust, rust and other deposits are not allowed. Apply febi special lithium grease on the bushings in an even layer and press them in with a suitable tool. After installation is complete, remove excess grease.
