METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Alfit morning: pour 1 briquette with 0.5-1 cup of boiling water. Insist for 5-10 minutes. A "water bath" is not required. Take 0.5-1 cup of warm infusion in the morning 30 minutes before meals.

Alfit evening: it is applied in the evening 30 minutes before meals according to the same scheme. It has a mild sedative effect.

RECOMMENDED ADMISSION COURSES: 1-3 months 1-2 times a year.
