I tried to reach out but got no response. Image has white background and words on the edge, not transparent. Also the image is cloudy/distressed but you can't tell because it looks like watermark. If image is fixed I would love to change rating but not worth purchasing from the seller again. Below is piece of pic, white on back and words on side.
