Model building Battle tank T-90

The assembled model is the Russian T-90 main battle tank.
Historical background: The Russian main battle tank T-90 was developed in 1989 in the design bureau of Nizhny Tagil Uralvagonzavod as another modification of the T-72 (T-72BU). In 1993, it was put into service under the T-90 index. The tank is armed with a smoothbore 125 mm 2A46M cannon of increased accuracy.
The gun allows you to fire not only various types of projectiles, but also laser-guided missiles.
The use of automatic loading made it possible to achieve a rate of fire of up to 7-8 rounds per minute, which distinguishes the T-90 from most foreign tanks.
The T-90 can shoot not only at any ground targets, but also at low-flying enemy planes and helicopters. The capabilities of the gun and the latest 1A45T Irtysh sighting system make it possible to destroy any most modern enemy tank even before it approaches the effective firing distance from its cannon. The auxiliary armament consists of a 7.62 mm PKTM machine gun paired with a cannon and a remotely guided 12.7mm 6P49 "Cord" anti-aircraft machine gun on the turret.
The tank's own protection is provided by the use of active armor and the latest Shtora-1 optoelectronic suppression system.
