Many people will use lava stones 🌋 as a wonderful Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser. 
For those needing a calming effect when having a panic attack, simply add a few drops of your favorite scent, to 1-3 stones. 
You may then, take these stones, and place them in a small plastic bag.  When you feel your heart racing, open the bag and breath deep, while smelling your favorite scent. 
This anti-anxiety acts as a distraction.

As a Child and Youth Worker with years of study with the DSM V, one should always carry around a small bag of lava stones. 
You just don’t know who around you, may take a panic attack.

Not only can essential oils (or a few drops of your favorite perfume) be added to these precious lava stones for an anti-anxiety measure, they can also be worn with your favorite scent. 
The lava stones 🌋 holds this scent for a considerable amount of time. 
Use them in a pendant or make a few bracelets 📿 with them (Add a few lava stones 🌋 with other beads for fillers.).

What is Lava Stone?

Natural Lava Stone 🌋, a semi-precious stone (also known as Basalt, or Lava Rock) is an igneous volcanic rock.  It has solidified from molten lava, after conditions of intense heat and pressure.
The unique divots and air pockets through the stone are indications of its volcanic 🌋 origin.

These are authentic molten rock stones 🌋, and no two are exactly alike.
