Roman Gladius Historical Custom Handmade Damascus Steel Blade, Dagger Warrior Sword

This gorgeous Sword was designed and custom made by BCK. Marvelous Damascus blade of the chef knife is the result of hours and hours of forging. Not many custom makers can keep such pattern of layers upon layers flowing all the way to the edge of the blade, which creates a saw-blade effect at microscopic level, allowing the blade to keep cutting while other blades have dulled. BCK Hand forged the blade of this chef knife with 1095 and 15N20. Blade was given excellent heat treatment and Rockwell hardness of the blade along its edge is 54 and along the spin is 42-45. 4 mm thick blade has fantastic hand grind. Overall length of this Sword knife is 26" and the length of the blade is 18". Handle is made of gorgeous looking Rosewood.

This sheath is not of universal size but it is made custom just as this custom knife. The knife come with custom made genuine top quality calf skin. Which fits on knife perfectly. The leather sheath is totally hand tooled and sewn.

Remarks:

• It is a photograph taken from a catalogue. Since each blade is unique, you will get a sword that looks close to the one in the picture. The distinctiveness of the blades, however, may cause a minor variation in the handle wood's design
• .It is suggested that you keep the equipment dry since moisture promotes rust. Please be sure to wash, dry, and lubricate the blade with any necessary lubricant after each usage.
• The sword knives have already been honed, but you can still sharpen them to meet your needs.
• If you intend to take the product out of the packaging, be careful when doing so. When using, kindly keep your fingers away from the blades.
