Simplified Fixed Asset Register- Excel Template

This asset register template allows users to create a comprehensive asset register, recording additions and disposals, and automatically calculating monthly and year-to-date depreciation charges. It supports straight-line, diminishing value, and double diminishing value methods on a monthly or daily basis. However, it only allows for additions and disposals. 

For revaluation and impairment transactions, the IFRS Fixed Asset Register template is recommended, which accommodates these transactions on a straight-line depreciation basis.
