SMT2 radically reduces friction and wear on engine and transmission parts.
Metal conditioner SMT2 radically reduces friction and wear of engine and transmission parts, significantly increases the duration of comfortable and reliable operation of the car without repair.
SMT2 is not a lubricant, it has a different principle of operation. The composition is added to the lubricant and with its help is delivered to the rubbing surfaces of the parts, on which it forms a very thin but strong self-healing protective layer (coating), which prevents direct contact of the parts of the friction pair. This process is called conditioning (which is why SMT2 is called metal conditioner). At the same time, friction, heating and wear of parts are significantly reduced. Due to excellent adhesion to the contact surfaces of the parts, the protective layer has a high residual effect, which allows the equipment to be operated in emergency mode without oil for a short time.
DIFFERENCE SMT2 FROM ANALOGUES:
absolute chemical, physical and biological stability of the composition;
a high level (in some cases up to 10–15%) of improvement in the antiwear and antifriction properties of the lubricant after the introduction of SMT2 into it;
a sharp increase in the tear resistance of rubbing parts (strengthening the contact surfaces of parts);
guaranteed passage of SMT2 through the filter elements of the oil and fuel filters, as well as the absence of layer-by-layer separation and precipitation both during operation and during long breaks in operation or storage.
WHAT IS THE USE OF SMT2 IN CARS:
OPERATION: increasing engine power, improving vehicle acceleration, facilitating cold start of the engine (especially in winter), compression stability, reducing engine and transmission noise, reducing engine and oil pollution by wear products.
ECONOMY: reduction in fuel consumption by up to 10%, reduction in oil consumption for waste, reduction in total maintenance and repair costs (valves, chain tension), increase in engine and gearbox service life by 2–2.5 times.
ENVIRONMENT: reduction of exhaust toxicity, extension of the period of “low toxicity” of exhaust (the time interval when the technical parameters of the engine and clearances remain normal), reduction of environmental pollution by toxic substances, waste oils, lubricants and other technical fluids.
SMT2 is adapted and compatible with all engine and transmission oils, including SAE 0W-20/API SN type resource conserving oils, modern greases, and internal combustion engine fuels. If the recommended concentration is observed, it does not change the basic properties and physico-chemical parameters of lubricants and fuels.
APPLICATION:
Add SMT2 directly to the machine based on the recommended concentration. (Calculate the dose from the volume of oil or grease in the unit.) After that, you can immediately continue normal operation without any restrictions. You can add SMT2 to the oil can, based on the recommended concentration, mix thoroughly (3-5 minutes) and pour oil into the unit at the next change.
RECOMMENDED SMT2 CONCENTRATIONS:
lubrication system for gasoline and diesel engines: 60 ml SMT2 per 1 liter of engine oil (6%) during the first treatment and 30 ml SMT2 per 1 liter of oil (3%) during subsequent treatments, regardless of the type of oil
manual transmission, transfer case, final drive, final drive, etc.: 50 ml SMT2 per 1 liter of oil (5%)
Automatic transmissions and CVTs: 15 ml SMT2 per 1 liter of fluid (1.5%) (not recommended for final drives with limited slip differentials (LSD) and similar mechanisms!)
crank-chamber 2-stroke gasoline engines: 30 ml SMT2 per 1 liter of oil (3%) added to gasoline
bearing units: 30 ml SMT2 per 1 kg of grease (3%)
for gasoline and diesel fuel: 20 ml SMT2 per 100 liters of fuel (0.02%)
