This infant car seat cover is made from stretchy material and designed to fit over any standard infant seat on the market.
These covers are extremely popular because they provide some protection for baby from the elements, block out some light and noise (making it easier for baby to nap on the go), and protect new babies from curious looky-loos :).

Skill Level: Confident Beginner (this pattern is very easy to make and a very quick sew. However, working with knit fabric, if you’ve never done so before, can be a little tricky)
You have several options for completing this project, you may do the entire thing on a sewing machine (using a stretch stitch or zig-zag stitch, you may do the entire thing on a serger (using a rolled hem edge), a combination of both, or use a coverstitch to hem the edges. I answer all my dms and I am happy to help with any issues you may encounter) .

Material: knit fabric with a 4-way stretch and good recovery (we provide links to our favorite fabric within the instructions). You will need about 2 yards of material
