Themra Carob Syrup

The carob tree belongs to the family of evergreen plants whose height exceeds 10 m. Different parts of the carob tree are used for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic purposes. The pods, which curl into curved horn-like bands when ripe, contain unique fruits that are a useful substitute for cocoa and chocolate.
