Restores regular injector spray
Professional tool for cleaning injectors without removal, restoring the factory characteristics of the engine. It is used with a washing station. Cleans injectors, valves, rods, combustion chamber and other parts from carbon deposits indiscriminately. Restores the spray pattern of the injector. Prevents stuck intake valves. Replaces Wynns Injection System Purge, SMC
For the normal functioning of the car, timely flushing of the injectors is an important procedure that should be carried out regularly. The injectors inject the air-fuel mixture into the engine cylinders. Over time, plaque accumulates on the working part of the nozzle, and this changes the shape of the flow that sprays.
A cone-shaped spray of optimal width narrows, and in especially neglected cases it changes to a thin stream. This naturally affects fuel consumption, uniform operation, and engine life.
Flushing VMPAUTO restores the factory characteristics of the injectors. It is used with a washing station.
Signs of clogged injectors:
There are problems with starting the engine, especially in wet and cold weather, it stalls at speed.
ICE "troit" when idling and during acceleration.
Idle speed is unstable.
The car accelerates poorly, twitches, the automatic transmission hardly shifts from low gears, and pops are heard in the exhaust system.
The on-board computer shows a misfire error code, that is, no sparking.
Decreased dynamic performance.
Fuel consumption increases (poor combustion of the car tries to compensate for large volumes).
High-voltage wires, spark plugs, oxygen sensors, and a catalytic converter fail.
Instruction:
1. Turn off the car
2. Find the location of the fuel rail on the engine
3. Find the pipes for supplying and returning fuel to the tank.
4. Turn off the fuel pump (remove the connector from the pump or remove the fuse from the fuse box). If necessary, connect the fuel supply and return pipes to the tank, but it is not desirable, because. the tank may have a pressure regulator for the entire fuel system (depending on the brand of car).
5. Connect the fluid supply hose from the unit using special adapters and adapters to the rail. The fuel return fitting on the rail must be plugged.
6. Pour the flushing liquid into the cylinder, then securely wrap the neck and hang the cylinder under the hood of the car.
7. Connect the hose from the compressor to the cylinder inlet and supply air to the system.
8. The required pressure should be set, focusing on the pressure gauge readings using a reducer.
9. Then open the tap on the supply hose and make sure that all connections are tight.
10. Start the engine and let it idle for 10-15 minutes, depending on the expected degree of contamination of the injectors. Shut off the engine for 10-15 minutes to more effectively remove deposits in the fuel rail and injectors. Then start the engine and let it work out the entire volume of the filling flask at idle. Cleaning completed.
11. Turn off the supply of the installation and connect all pipes in their place.
12. Connect the fuel pump.
13. Check the tightness of all connections.
14. Start the engine and let it run for 5-10 minutes.
Do not fill in the gas tank!
