Please make sure you have the required software and knowledge to use this image before making your purchase. We are not responsible for assisting you with any issues on your end regarding the file. We can only support when issues are regarding what we have created. Your printer not printing correctly, your colors not matching, you not using the appropriate shirt with the right amount of polyester, or your preference for pressing is not something we can assist with. Everyone’s press is different. We are not responsible for you using a cricut easy press, household iron,etc. Neither of these are recommended.
