The Russian Hussars set is a part of the interesting historical game system Military - historical miniatures and is made from high quality materials.
This set is not a re-release! Date of manufacture September 2009.
There is some minor damage to the box.
There is also a broken off flag.(See photo)
The hussar regiments made up a third of the regular cavalry, light cavalry. The hussar regiments were considered elite units, and had their own distinctive uniforms: mentik (fur cape), doloman (short uniform), shako (high cylindrical hat with a visor), boots and leggings. The parade uniform of the Russian hussars also had wings.
The Hussar's armament was no less impressive: sabers, pikes, pistols, carbines, chokes and blunderbuss.
