I ordered a digital file and was sent a broken link (This file is not available, etc.). I contacted Inspire, was told to contact the seller Normandy. I sent the seller an email requesting assistance with the broken link. Two days later, no response so I sent another request. Three days later, no response. I sent a request back to Inspire to assist. I was told that they sent a request to the seller as well. It has now been a week and I have nothing for the money I spent. Bottom line, only buy from Romandy if you want to get ripped off. This is my first purchase from Inspire but after this experience, my absolute last.
