Ultra Clear Table Casting Epoxy Resin is a special resin developed especially for casting tables and similar products. It is a long-lasting ultra clear casting resin that prevents self-bubbling after pouring, has a full drying time of 48 hours, and is resistant to UV (sunlight).
Areas of Use: It can be used in 3D coatings, decorative table making, floor coverings, surface coverings, giftware making, protection and design of wooden products, covering of pictures and albums, production of sample products.
Carpenter of Nature ultra transparent epoxy resin, A and B components 300/100 gr mixture, 3/1 ratio for 48 hours of drying should be used.
Ultra Transparent Epoxy Table and Similar Castings: It must be done in a closed styril and constant temperature (average 25-30 degrees) room or environment for use and casting. The application must be in a clean container. First, B component hardener should be placed in the container and A component main resin should be added on it. Then, epoxy resin should be mixed at low speed for an average of 1-2 minutes. Fast and long-term mixing may cause deformation or burning in the products. In this type of product production, there is a 24-hour touch and 48-hour drying time for castings between 2 inches and 3 inches.
Carpenter of Nature epoxy resin is recommended to be cast by mixing A and B resins at a ratio of 300/100 gr. If there is a difference in the amount of mixture, it may affect the drying. In addition, after the epoxy mixture, air blowers (EX: Blow Dryer, Mini Torch) should be held on the resin to remove bubbles from the poured resin.
Coloring: Powder pigments or liquid pigments can be added to epoxy transparent resins. 1 to 5 grams of color pigment can be added to 1 kg of A Component resin before the pigments are mixed. Then, the two components should be mixed. The ratios are increased in an equivalent manner as the amount increases.
