The five pieces of chef knives have been made with hand-forged stainless steel that is hardened and tempered. The blades are coated with black powder in the furnace at high temperatures. The handles are made with multicolored Pakka wood (orange and green) and a small piece of white-colored resin in between them. All five knives in the set are full-tang.
