Difficulty level: Advanced. Crochet amigurumi experience is required.

This pattern does not contain crochet lessons. Knowledge of the basics of crocheting and the ability to read descriptions correctly are required.

Required Materials:

• Fine/4ply yarn YarnArt Jeans 50g/160m (55% cotton, 45% acrylic).
• Gazzal baby Alpaca 50g/160m (55% alpaca, 45% merino wool)
• Hook size 1.7 mm.
• Stuffing material – fiberfill.
• Safety eyes 9 mm.
• Scissors, sewing needle, sewing pins, stitch markers.
• Wire (with a diameter of 1-1.5mm)
• Plastic for insoles.
• Glasses for the toy (can be made from wire).
• 2 buttons - 10 mm

Colors and yarn consumption for Findus:

• No.85 – terracotta (50 g),
• No.40 – brown (20 g),
• No.01/No.03 – white/cream (30 g),
• No.69 – olive green (20 g),

Colors and yarn consumption for Pettson:

• No.46 – gray (20 g),
• No.40 – brown (20 g),
• No.07 – beige (20 g),
• No.84 – mustard (20 g),
• No.76 – light blue (30 g),
• No.66 – dark red (20 g),
• No.01 – white for whites of the eyes.
• For the beard and hair wig – Gazzal baby Alpaca 50g/160m
• (55% alpaca, 45% merino wool), No.46012 – gray (15 g)

Abbreviations (American terminology):

MR – magic ring

CH – chain

T-CH – turning chain

SC – single crochet

INC – increase (2SC in one stitch)

DEC – decrease (2SC together)

SL ST – slip stitch

HDC – half double crochet

HDCINC – half double crochet increase (2 hdc in one stitch)

DC – double crochet

BLO – back loops only

FLO – front loops only

The height of the finished toys is approx. 11.02 inch (28 cm) if you use the yarn and hook size indicated in the description.

The cat Findus stands on its own, without support thanks to the wire frame and resting on the tail.

You are welcome to use any yarn, choose the hook size and keep in mind that the size and general appearance of the toy will depend on the yarn weight. Also, do not forget that for a toy of a different size, you need to choose the eyes of the desired diameter.
