Bulky (7 wpi; 12 ply; no 5: Bulky) or super Bulky (5-6 wpi; no 6: Super Bulky) yarn 90-130g or yards for the hat
and 250g or yards for the scarf
Knitting needle size US 11 (8 mm) or to obtain gauge 4” x 4 “(10 x 10 cm) = 13 sts x 16 rows (in stockinette stitch)
3 pom-poms for decorating
