MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR CLEANER HI-GEAR HG3260 / 360 g

Cleaner HG3260 for gasoline and diesel engines safely cleans the sensitive element of the sensor, restores fuel consumption to factory settings, and normalizes idle speed.

Most fuel-injected vehicles are equipped with a Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor whose readings affect the characteristics of the air/fuel mixture and the proper operation of the engine. During operation, the sensitive element of the sensor is covered with a layer of soot, dust, oil and air filter fibers. This reduces the accuracy of the measurement, which leads to incorrect engine operation, loss of power, increased fuel consumption and increased exhaust emissions.

Cleaner HG3260: Safely cleans the sensor's sensing element. Restores factory fuel consumption parameters. Normalizes idle speed. Dries quickly without leaving marks. Suitable for all types of sensors, including filament and film.

Using harsh products such as brake and carburetor cleaners to clean the mass air flow sensor can cause serious damage to the sensing element.

APPLICATION:

Remove the air filter.
Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the mass air flow sensor.

From a distance of 10 - 15 cm, generously spray the composition onto the sensitive element of the mass air flow sensor and onto the walls inside its housing.

Do not touch the sensing element of the sensor with your hands or with a tool.

Repeat if necessary.

Dry the sensor completely before reassembly.
