A mineral with a deep earthy energy, a varied color palette, and a history spanning several millennia, jade is considered a priceless stone by some cults. Its beauty, combined with magical and healing properties, allows the stone to be popular and in demand in all eras of the development of human civilization.

Man began to mine jade back in the Stone Age - in the Neolithic era. Ancient people made objects of primitive worship, tools and weapons of high strength from stone.

The mineral is used to make such unique objects as a 6-meter Buddha statue in China, the sarcophagus of the Russian Emperor Alexander III, part of the tomb of Tamerlane in the Gur-Emir mausoleum (tombstone). Jade is of particular importance to Chinese culture and is considered the national stone of that country.
