Next time I need to order a digital solution manual I will buy from a more reputable source. I have ordered from the publisher and from Test Banks Academy previously with no issues, but this experience was horrible and absolutely not worth saving a few dollars. The customer service here is very poor. This item was ordered by mistake and even though the page clearly says the item is returnable and I immediately cancelled the order, they will not refund. The item has not been downloaded and my account page shows that.
