Shipping Information: US orders are delivered by USPS from NY, via First Class Mail - 2-5 b.days. Other locations - orders are shipped from ISRAEL, via Registered AirMail Postal Services - 10-35 b.days. Tracking available where applicable.

We recommend you to not sleep, swim, or spray chemicals (i.e. perfumes, lotions, or body spray) on to the jewelry.  Use a soft cloth for cleaning (cloth, especially designed for jewelry, can be purchased in every jewelry shop).  Silver jewelry can also be cleaned using tooth paste and a soft tooth brush. Please make sure your drain is plugged shut before cleaning. Lost jewelry in your sink, will not be replaced..... : )

Your Shipping Address

Please make sure that the address you have listed in Etsy is correct - this is the target address.  Packages returned to us, due to wrong address (or no claim) will be re-shipped with additional shipping costs.  If you change address before getting your shipping notice - please make sure to update us. If you change address after shipping notice, please make sure someone at the old address will pick up the package. We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to address change.  If shipping is done to your work space, hotel or any other public location - Although we will do our best to assist, we cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages.

When ordering an earring for piercing, select the same side that you have pierced. Eg. if your nose is pierced on your left nostril, select a left shaped earring.
