Estimated shipping times North America: 3-6 weeks, Europe: 1-2 weeks I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot quarantee them. • Hand wash with delicate laundry detergent. • Not bleach. • Not tumble dry. • Not squeeze after washing. • Delicate dry cleaning (for the wool items). • Lay on the flat place to dry. All my knitted items are sent to the buyer in clean and perfect condition (after washing and conditioning).

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Your "Ready to ship" items will be send within 3-4 working day after the payment is received. All package send from Belarus via registered BelPost. After sending I provide you a tracking number, so you can trak the movement of your package and check where it is at the moment.

NON-DELIVERY

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order.if any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying for subsequent reshipment fees. Only after the Seller gets the parcel back the Buyer can get the refund. The refund amount will be reduced by all the transport commissions, Pay Pal and any fees.

I love a white color in baby clothing, any natural colors close to the nature, classic baby blue and light rose. Materials that I use are 100% merino wool, angora wool, cotton, cotton/merino and wool/acrylic. Buttons are mother pearl, wood and matched to every single model. According to your desire all models can be made in a different colors. The sizes can range from newborn babies to 3 years depending on the model. But if your baby is older than 3 and you want to something you like and special for him/her - just let me know and I’ll try to do my best to make your wish!!
