The recipe is restorative: 10 grams of dried leaves of badan, golden root, red root, black currant leaves, wild strawberry leaves, blackberry leaves and cypress leaves are taken. 5 grams of thyme and 20 grams of rosehip berries are added.

The recipe is tonic: 10 grams of golden root, knotweed grass, cypress leaves, maral root, rhizomes of Alpine kopeck and rowan fruits are taken. 5 grams of licorice root and 20 grams of rosehip berries are added.

The resulting decoctions are drunk 100-150 ml 2-3 times a day half an hour before meals. Broths should be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days.

The recipe for the preparation of alcohol tincture of maral antlers: Alcohol tincture of maral antlers: 500 ml of vodka is taken for 50 grams of antlers. The tincture is placed in a cool dark place for a month. The finished drug should be taken 18-25 drops (but no more) 3 times a day according to the following scheme: Stage 1: the drug is taken for 10 days, then a break is made for 10 days; Stage 2: after a ten-day break, the drug is taken for another 10 days, then a break is made for 30 days; Stage 3: after a thirty-day break, the drug is taken for 10 days, then a break is made for 10 days; Stage 4: the drug is taken for another 10 days. Alcohol tincture of deer antlers has a high biological activity, therefore, these doses should not be exceeded.
