I paint in oil on a panel using mostly a palette knife, painterly detail and rich colors.
The brushes and palette knife give my art a unique combination of contrast, fluidity, depth, texture and impact. The surprisingly dense texture achieved with the knife reflects light better than a conventional brush and creates a beautiful sense of movement with subtle highlights.
