Needed it for my last upcoming didactic semester of PA school. I just received  it and the book is in excellent condition, I skimmed through it and the pages are all intact, no markings/writings, bent pages. Has so much information, SOAP, discharging patients, prenatal care, graphs involving literature. I can already tell this book is going to be useful. I definitely recommend !!
