The Kravik lyre is a beautiful ancient Norwegian plucked instrument that is still a favorite instrument of the Skalds today. The Kravik lyre has a loud, pleasant, melodic sound, thanks to its solid wood body and soundboard made of resonant spruce. 

The instrument is tuned in the standard A3 C4 D4 E4 F4 G4 A4 sound 

The strings are made of nylon, they are easy to use, easy to replace and give as close to an authentic sound as possible.
