"I enjoy examining old photos and daguerreotypes. This series is dedicated to the images of the past. Semi-erased, damaged depictions of long-gone individuals are destined to remain forever young despite the destructive passage of time, reflected in the rough scratches on the canvase, thus representing a protest against death. The image of a teenage girl is created based on the portraits of Modigliani."
