"Sleeping Moon"

"In the mythology of many cultures, the Moon embodies the divine feminine principle, simultaneously associated with water and the subconscious. In the painting, a woman serenely sleeps on the riverbank. Her proximity to the water signifies a liminal state between two worlds: between reality and dream; matter and ether. The submerged edge of her dress signifies immersion into the realm of the subconscious, where hidden desires, dreams, and unfathomable thoughts reside.       In this artwork, my aim was to employ simplified stylized forms to express the emotions and inner world of the protagonist."
