Mold for Ceramic Tobacco Pipes Creation

Durable plastic mold for creating ceramic smoking pipes from clay.
There is no relief on the surface of the bowl.
If you need a relief image, you can look at my other mold or make your offer.

Mold consists of several very strong 3D printed parts.
All parts are connected with lock-pins and glued.
The dimensions of the smoking pipe blank are 100*35*25 mm,
the internal diameter of the chamber is 16 mm.
After firing, your ceramic pipe becomes slightly smaller.
My photos show finished product.
You can use a regular home vise to make your pipes.
I use simple clamps mounted on a wooden base.

Color of the product can differ from shown on the photos.
A new mold will be 3D-printed for you from the plastic I have at the time.
I will assemble the product, sand it, check functionality and send you a complete working kit.

Preparation and shipping will take 3-5 days, depending on my workload.

I'm using exactly the same mold to make my ceramic smoking pipes.

My kit includes:
1 - left and
2 - right parts of the mold,
3 - handle for the wooden rod,
4 - punch for the tobacco combustion chamber.

Please note, the wooden rod is not included in the kit.
I'm using a 3mm ordinary wooden barbecue rod from any homestore.
