Reishi mushroom (Lingzhi), also known as varnished tinder, is a popular healing remedy in Eastern traditional medicine. Application of lingzhi mushroom
The reishi mushroom (lacquered tinder) has an unexpressed bitter taste and woody aroma, so it is not used in cooking. For preventive purposes, preparations based on dried reishi mushrooms are used: infusions, extracts, powder and pieces of mushroom. Taking the mushroom is recommended for a course of 20-30 days, in the morning on an empty stomach. The dosage is calculated based on the daily norm of 1.5-2 g of dry mushroom.
