Amber Holosemmon Pumpkin Seeds is a medium-maturing variety of pumpkin. The period from sprouting to harvesting the fruit is 110-120 days. The fruit is rounded elongated, with a striped orange-green or gray-green surface. The variety is grown for seed. The seeds contain many beneficial minerals and protein. The sweet, juicy flesh is used as a dietary product in cooking. Grown in sunny, fertile plots through seedlings or by sowing seeds into the ground. Sown in May-June, at a depth of 3-4 cm, under the scheme 50 × 100 cm. Harvesting is made in September-October. 
The holosemian pumpkin seeds are really "naked", covered only with a thin translucent film, which is not felt in the mouth and is useful - it contains fiber.
