 This is a specific product. If you don't know how it works and have never dealt with it, then it is better not to buy these phones. A miracle will not happen! If you just put this phone on the windowsill without external antenna it will not provide communication at the desired distance urban conditions. If it was possible, no one would buy cell phones and buy these cordless phones and use them.
