The knife "Bichak" is made on the basis of the ancient national knife of hunters and cattle breeders of the Karachay and Balkar peoples.

The knife is very simple, lightweight and at the same time powerful, having a design that has been debugged for centuries, convenient and versatile, suitable for a variety of jobs.

The blade descents are straight (wedge sharpening), its length is 160 mm, width 26-27 mm, thickness in the butt area is 3.7 mm, the total length of the knife is 290 mm.

The blade is made of Japanese corrosion-resistant steel AUS-8, polished. According to numerous reviews, the knife is ideal for cutting meat.

The handle of the "Bichak" is straight, made of Caucasian walnut, with a slight extension to the pommel, slightly resembling a "pistol" handle. Mounting of the rider with fixing with epoxy resin. Handle length 118 mm.

To increase the rigidity of the leather scabbard, their bed is made of birch. The tip of the scabbard is open (Balkar type of scabbard) so that garbage and water do not collect in them.

The "garrote" belt suspension additionally tightens the almost completely recessed handle of the knife, making the fixation even more reliable.
