Beautiful lacquer miniature of St Petersburg featuring the main edifices of the city. Finely hand-painted with summer tones of tempera and embellished with running patterns. An artful small present for someone missing St Petersburg.

• Cloaked in rich smooth black lacquer outside and red inside
• Thoroughly dried after each coat (up to 10 coats before painting starts)
