Sunflower lecithin in powder 250gr
Quantity
Lecithin is the main energy resource responsible for the normal smooth functioning of body cells. It is a natural compound of choline, phospholipids, triglycerides, higher fatty acids, which regulate the lipid metabolism of the liver and thus actively prevent liver obesity, i.e. its degeneration into hepatosis. Lecithin makes up 50% of liver, 30% of brain tissue.

Choline is also very important in the breakdown of homocysteine, a marker of cardiovascular disease.
