• Instructions for use✔Before use, the heating pad must have a positive temperature, be in a room of +2C° or in an internal clothing pocket. 
  ✔Remove and lightly shake/stretch the heating pad for 3-5 minutes. When the heating pad reacts with oxygen, heat is immediately released.
  ✔Place the heating pad in a closed place - an internal pocket, mittens, shoes.
  ✔When the temperature drops, knead/shake the heating pad again
