2. Any size larger than 10 feet wide will be shipped folded. So you may see  creases , and the carpet may not lay flat initially All the wrinkles and lumps in the carpet will go away within a few weeks of usage.

Exchange & Return-
1. Return and Exchange period is 30 days after delivery.
2. Buyers will be Responsible for the return shipping charges.
3. The item must be returned back in its original condition and packaging.
4. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value the item when its returned.

Cancellation-
1. Cancellation are accepted only within 24 hours of placing order.
