Shop Bio

Our workshop has been operating for 9 years, combining technology and craftsmanship in various techniques and styles using materials such as amber and wood. Hence the simple name AmberWood. More recently, we have also ventured into 3D printing, although we mainly use it as an auxiliary tool. There are three of us craftsmen, each drawing inspiration from three cultures and traditions that have been deeply rooted in our land: Slavic, Byzantine, and Scandinavian. We work harmoniously in our workshop, without arguing about whose tradition is better or whose gods are stronger or more correct, sincerely not understanding fanatics and dogmatists. Our shop was on Etsy for a long time under the name Amberwood39 until it was closed due to the platform's inconsistent policies relating to the russian/ukranian conflict. The types of craftsmanship we engage in include design, mosaic art, wood carving, modeling, inlay work, carpentry, and amber carving.
