1. Custom orders and personalisation are possible❗️ 2. The tree can be made based on a photos of a real tree. ❗️ 3. Each tree is unique and I won’t be able to recreate exactly the same one, but I can make it as close to it as possible❗️ 5. It takes from 10 days to make a custom tree ❗️ 6. Shipping is free❗️ 7. Returns aren’t allowed❗️ 8. The delivery time depends on the post office, I can’t guarantee delivery by a certain date. If you need a tree for a specific event, please order in advance❗️ 9.
