Delivery may take 7-20 days depending on your location and circumstances after work. Always in touch for any help regarding your order and always stay tuned for tracking updates. If there is a delay and the tracking information does not change for a long time, I make a search query to the transport company. In case of complete loss of the parcel and non-delivery, I guarantee a refund (although this happens very rarely, just to make sure that the store's policy takes into account such possibilities).
